Exclusive cash-out refinance leads for lenders

Last updated 23 October 2026

A cash-out refinance lead is a homeowner asking to replace an existing mortgage with a larger one and take the difference in cash, usually for debt consolidation, a renovation or a business need. VisionXLab is a refinance lead vendor that generates cash-out refinance leads on its own advertising and landing pages and sells each one once, in real time, into the client's CRM: one lead goes to exactly one client. Teams that buy cash-out leads from us get them in real time and 100% exclusive.

Best for multi-state branches, brokerages and lenders with 10 to 500+ loan officers that want 100% exclusive, real-time, pre-qualified purchase, cash-out refinance and HELOC leads, with orders set up per state and per product line across the states they are licensed in. Your team brings a dialer and a CRM. Cash-out refinance leads run nationwide.

Credit in the 500s is welcome on our cash-out criteria, and because the form asks about military service, a cash-out order can carry a VA tier.

What a cash-out lead carries

On our form the homeowner gives their own estimate of the home's value, their credit range and the cash they want to take out. Those are self-reported answers, and nobody pulls a credit file at this stage.

An illustrative lead. The fields and the answer options are the ones our cash-out forms ask; the person, the contact details and the answers are fictional. Which fields a lead carries depends on the form the homeowner filled in.

Exclusive against shared cash-out leads

An exclusive lead reaches one client, and a shared lead reaches several lenders at the same moment. For your officers the difference shows up in who calls first, what the homeowner has already heard, and whether the follow-up stays yours.

Exclusive against shared cash-out refinance leads
What changesExclusiveShared
Who receives the lead One client. Nobody else is sold it. Several lenders at the same moment.
Who reaches the homeowner first Your team, with no other buyer of the lead dialing. Whichever buyer dials fastest.
What the homeowner has heard before you call Nothing from another buyer of this lead. Possibly several pitches already.
Follow-up Yours, for as long as your team works it. A race that keeps going after the first call.
The number to compare Cost per funded loan. Cost per funded loan.

Exclusive covers the lead, not the person: the same homeowner can ask their own bank or a rate site the same afternoon, and a new inquiry is a new lead.

Section 2.3, quoted: what exclusive means, exactly. Whether shared leads can still work for your desk: are shared mortgage leads worth buying.

How our cash-out leads are generated

We run the advertising ourselves, and the homeowner answers our own form. Every lead is checked against our qualification criteria before delivery, and a lead that misses them is never delivered and never billed.

  1. Our own advertising. Every lead comes from advertising we run ourselves, on our own landing pages and lead forms. We do not buy lists, broker other companies' leads or sell aged data.
  2. Consent on our form. The homeowner gives consent on our form before submitting, with a TrustedForm certificate by ActiveProspect captured on the landing page form and pulled on request. It covers calls and texts, including automated dialing, and not email.
  3. Phone verified on our landing page leads. How a mortgage lead's phone is verified covers what that check does and does not prove.
  4. Our qualification criteria, before delivery. We set them, they differ by lead type, and the cash-out main tier is in the table at the top of this page. A lead that misses them never reaches your CRM.

A lead from our form starts with the homeowner asking to be called, and no credit inquiry is involved, so it is not a trigger lead: the trigger lead ban, 2026.

Delivery into your CRM

A lead reaches your CRM in real time, while the homeowner is still at the screen. Across our lead types the median is under one second, 97 of 100 inside ten seconds.

Our measurement: first-attempt deliveries into client CRMs over the 30 days to 15 September 2026, all lead types live then. It times delivery into the CRM, not how fast an officer dials. Thirty days of leads from our own landing pages, as our system recorded them: live data.

Cash-out refinance against HELOC

A cash-out refinance pays off the first mortgage with a larger one and hands the homeowner the difference. A HELOC leaves that mortgage alone and adds a line the homeowner draws on as needed.

The two borrowers are asking different questions, so we sell HELOC leads under their own name: HELOC leads. The questions that tell the two apart before you buy: where to buy cash-out refinance and home equity leads.

Why lending teams work with us

These are facts a lending team can check before the first call, each on the page linked to it.

  • 100% exclusive, in writing. One lead goes to exactly one client, never resold and never shared. It is Section 2.3 of the Lead Generation Service Agreement every client signs. Section 2.3, quoted.
  • Coverage, set per state and product line. Nationwide for purchase and cash-out refinance. Each order is set up per state and per product line, across the states your team is licensed in, and before you sign we tell you if one of your states is thin. Which states do you cover?.

Questions about cash-out refinance leads

We quote a price per lead on a call, sized to the order, and we do not publish one.

Compare vendors on cost per funded loan instead: everything you spend on a source divided by the loans that fund from it.

The longer answer

Exclusive: one lead goes to exactly one client, never resold and never shared. It is written into Section 2.3 of the agreement every client signs.

The longer answer

Yes. Our form asks about military service, and a cash-out order can carry a VA tier.

It does not ask FHA against conventional, so we hold no field to split those on.

The longer answer

Treat it as the homeowner's estimate, not a measurement. The property value and the remaining loan balance are both self-reported, so the equity read off the form is an estimate built on two other estimates.

An automated valuation, a credit pull and a title search are what settle it, and all three happen after the lead is bought.

The longer answer

From four kinds of vendors: marketplaces that sell a comparison-site inquiry, often to more than one lender; list and data sellers; pay-per-call and live transfer vendors; and generators that run their own ads and forms.

Ask a vendor for the category by name, then check the form the lead came from before you buy leads in volume.
