1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

These terms of use are entered into by and between You and M4 Labs LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions (collectively, "Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of https://www.visionxlab.com (the "Website").

By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

2. Eligibility

This Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company.

3. Description of Services & No Guarantee of Results

VisionXLab provides online marketing and lead generation services. We collect inquiries from individuals interested in mortgage or financial information, and we deliver each inquiry to one licensed mortgage professional, who pays us a fee for it so that they can follow up on it with you. Section 6 covers the calls and messages you consent to when you submit your telephone number.

VisionXLab is not a lender or financial institution. We do not make credit decisions, originate loans, or process loan applications.
No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that your use of the Website will result in any specific outcome (e.g., obtaining a loan or specific rate). All decisions are made by third-party lenders, not VisionXLab.
How Your Inquiry Reaches a Mortgage Professional: The inquiry you submit is delivered to one licensed mortgage professional, who pays us a fee for it. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, a delivery made for payment is a "sale" of personal information, and our Privacy Policy discloses it as one. We do not sell your information to data brokers and we do not resell the same inquiry to a list of buyers. You can opt out at any time at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

4. Service Fees & Refunds (Clients Purchasing Lead Distribution Services)

This section applies to clients who enter into a paid service agreement with VisionXLab to receive lead distribution, campaign management, and CRM access. It does not apply to consumers submitting inquiries through our public lead forms.

By engaging VisionXLab as a paying client, you agree to the following fee structure.

Setup Fee

A setup fee is not required on every engagement. Whether one applies is our decision, taken per client, and it is stated in your individual service agreement before you pay anything. Where your agreement states no setup fee, none is charged.

Where a setup fee does apply, it is a one-time charge at the start of the engagement and it covers:

Building your advertising campaigns across the platforms we run for you.
Configuring our system to distribute leads into your CRM.
Producing creative assets used in your campaigns, including custom video content created for your business.
Your onboarding call, during which we walk you through platform access, lead flow, and reporting.

Per-Lead Charges

You pay a per-lead fee for each lead delivered to your CRM. Lead pricing and volume terms are set in your individual service agreement.

CRM Subscription

CRM access costs $197 per month, per user. We cover your first month of CRM at no charge to you. Recurring CRM billing begins in month two and continues each month for the duration of the engagement.

Refund Policy

Where a setup fee applies, it is refundable only within 24 hours of payment, and only when you provide a substantive reason for cancellation. After this 24-hour window, we begin preparing your account, configuring the lead distribution system, and producing creative work on your behalf. From that point forward, the setup fee is non-refundable, including in cases where you cancel the engagement before lead delivery begins. Where no setup fee is stated in your agreement, this paragraph does not apply to you.

Lead Delivery Window & Lead Order Refunds. We commit to delivering your purchased leads within a 30-day primary delivery window, plus an additional 30-day extended delivery window if needed, for a total of up to 60 days from the lead order start date. The lead delivery window begins on the campaign launch date, which both parties agree on during your onboarding call. Campaigns typically launch within 3 to 8 days after onboarding. Once a lead order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or terminated. Lead-order fees become refundable only if the full 60-day window closes without your purchased leads being delivered, in which case you may request a refund for the undelivered portion of your order.

CRM subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are not pro-rated upon cancellation.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Use automated devices, bots, scripts, or other means to access or scrape the Website.
Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.
Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

6. TCPA Consent & Telemarketing

By submitting your telephone number on our Website forms, you expressly authorize VisionXLab to contact you regarding your inquiry via telephone calls, SMS, or MMS text messages.

You specifically acknowledge and agree that:

Such communications may be generated using an automated telephone dialing system (autodialer) or artificial voice.
You consent to receive these communications even if your telephone number is listed on any corporate, state, or federal "Do Not Call" registry.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions.
Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send, or by contacting us at legal@visionxlab.com.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our Website without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation on Liability

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
